A Day on Cooper River began as a series of 19th-century sketches about plantations along the Cooper River, written by Dr. John Beaufain Irving. It was published in book form in 1842. This edition was reprinted by The Lord Berkeley Conservation Trust “to give tribute to all of the Cooper River peoples.” Hardcover, 2007.
